Q: What happens when I order from GoKlean?

A: Our team makes the ordering process simple💦. You can place orders by phone, email, or fax. We offer free delivery🚐 in Central Florida (limitations may apply) and nationwide shipping📦 (quote approval prior to shipping). We always welcome walk-ins👋. Payments accepted in cash, credit card, or check. For recurring customers, terms are available. All GoKlean orders are backed by the GoKlean Promise of 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Q:  How do I know if I’m in GoKlean’s free delivery area?

A:  The best way to determine this is to call the office and give the team your address.  We are located in DeLand, FL, so the immediate area (DeLand, Deltona, Orange City, etc) can be serviced on a daily basis.  Beyond that, we deliver to the following areas on a set rotation: Orlando, Daytona, Cocoa, Melbourne, and St. Augustine (every other week).

Limitations and minimums may apply on free delivery.

Q: Can I buy your products for personal use?

A: The GoKlean Simple Solution is primarily a business-to-business model, so free delivery is reserved for businesses.  However, many of our products have application in the home (we use many of them in our own homes!), so we welcome you to walk in and our team will help you.  We will also happily ship to you, but chemical products are shipped in case quantities or larger.

Q: How do I know which chemical cleaner is right for my job?

A:  GoKlean’s experienced staff can help.  We pride ourselves on adding value for our customers, and that includes helping you identify the right cleaner for your job.  Give us a call, or talk to your sales rep and we will get you an answer specific to your needs.

Q: Do you offer online ordering?

A:  We do not currently accept orders online, but expect to have this capability some time in 2022.  Sign up for our newsletter for updates at www.GoKlean.com.

Q: What is your order turnaround time? Do you accept rush orders?

A: The team at GoKlean do our best to accommodate orders as quickly as possible.  We have a regular delivery schedule and can deliver to the immediate area most days.  As part of our commitment to customer service excellence, we do accept rush orders on a case-by-case basis.  We can usually accommodate most rush or urgent requests; though fees may apply.

Our route schedule is:

Tuesday – Orlando metro area

Wednesday – Daytona & St. Augustine (every other week)

Thursday – Titusville, Cocoa, Melbourne, and surrounding areas

Monday and Friday are reserved for emergent and urgent requests.
